Packaging: Repackage products in their original packaging, if possible.

Shipping: Ship the products to the address provided by email. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Grenadine cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of the package by the carrier.

Refund or Exchange

Once we have received and inspected the returned products:

Refund: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 15 business days. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange: If you wish to exchange a product, please request it when returning it. We will send you the replacement product subject to availability.
