What is polymer clay?
Polymer clay, also known as "Fimo," is a soft plastic mixture. When unbaked, it has the same texture as modeling clay. Once baked, it remains flexible, making it extremely resilient and lightweight.
Are your jewelry hypoallergenic?
All jewelry is hypoallergenic! The alloys are made of stainless steel, so they do not cause allergic reactions.
Unless we only tolerate gold, silver or titanium alloys, our jewelry is safe for everyone.
How do I care for my Grenadine jewelry?
✿ Store in a clean, dry place.
✿ Avoid contact with water.
✿ Avoid dropping and folding.
✿ Clean with a soft, damp cloth.
What is Jesmonite/Jesin?
Jesmonite or Jesin is made from a combination of gypsum and water-based acrylic resin.
Due to its durability and lightness, it is the perfect product to decorate your interiors!
Can I put my products in water?
Although polymer clay and stainless steel can go in water, it is best not to wear them in the shower/pool. By avoiding contact with water, you ensure your products last longer. ✨
All Jesmonite products are coated with a wax making them waterproof. 💧

Due to their handmade nature, slight differences may exist between the product received and the one in the photo.

Delivery
Is this available internationally?
Yes! However, postage costs are at the customer's expense as they are more expensive than regular shipping to Canada and the United States.
My package did not arrive within the specified time frame.
Don't worry! Postal services can sometimes be overwhelmed, especially during the holiday season or Black Friday. Here's what to do if your order is late:
- Check the estimated delivery date: Check the estimated delivery time indicated when you placed the order. Keep in mind that this is an approximation and deliveries can sometimes take longer, especially during peak periods. Also note that orders should take between 2 and 5 business days to ship.
- Contact Me: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me at info@grenadineco.com. I will respond to your email as quickly as possible and follow up with you regarding the status of your order.
- Follow-up: Depending on the situation, I will offer you resolution options, including reshipping your order if it is lost or significantly delayed, or issuing store credit.
My product was broken/damaged during delivery 💔
If your product breaks during shipping, rest assured that it will be replaced or refunded.
Contact me at info@grenadineco.com to arrange the return of your item. Your item will be returned to you free of charge once I have completed the repair or replacement. Every customer deserves to be satisfied, and that's why I will do everything in my power to ensure you enjoy your order.

Check your spam! An email is sent when I receive your order and when I ship it, so you should be notified. If the email is not in your inbox, contact me at info@grenadineco.com, I will confirm the email associated with your order and change it if there are any errors!
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are shipped within 2-5 days. If you wish to cancel your order within this time frame, please contact me as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, I will no longer be able to cancel it. However, you will have a period of 10 days after receipt to return your order if it does not satisfy you. You must return the products in the condition in which you received them and in their original packaging. Please note that the cost of return will be at your expense.
